Shipping policy

This page explains everything you need to know about how and when your order is shipped, what it costs, and what happens in the rare case something goes wrong. Shipping costs

All orders are shipped completely free of charge. There are no hidden handling fees, no surcharges, and no minimum order value. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. If you are located outside the UK and would like to order, please contact us at info@axelic.com and we will let you know whether we are able to help.

What "business days" means

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are treated as received on the next business day. All times referenced on this page are in GMT.

Order processing

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email straight away. Our team then prepares your order for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days. During busier periods, such as sales, new launches, or holiday seasons, processing can take slightly longer, and we appreciate your patience if that happens.

When your order leaves our facility, you will receive a second email confirming that it has been dispatched, together with your tracking details.

Order cut-off time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT on a business day begin processing that same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT, or at a weekend or on a public holiday, begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery takes 5 to 7 business days. Taking processing and delivery together, you can expect to receive your order within approximately 6 to 10 business days from the moment you place it.

Please note that these timeframes are estimates based on normal conditions. While we meet them in the vast majority of cases, they are not guaranteed, as the final stage of delivery is handled by the carrier.

Orders with multiple items

If your order contains several items, they will usually arrive together in one shipment. On occasion, items may be sent separately, in which case you will receive separate tracking information and will never be charged extra for this.

Track and trace

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a track and trace code, allowing you to follow your shipment every step of the way. Tracking information can sometimes take up to 24 to 48 hours to update after dispatch, so please allow a little time for the first scan to appear.

If you have not received any tracking email within a few business days of ordering, please check your spam or promotions folder first, and then contact us at info@axelic.com if you still cannot find it.

Delivery attempts

Carriers will normally attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout. If you are not home, the carrier may leave your parcel in a safe place, deliver to a neighbour, or leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery, depending on their local procedures. Please follow the carrier's instructions to arrange a convenient time.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double check that your delivery address is correct and complete before completing checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of ordering. If a parcel is returned to us for this reason, we will contact you to arrange redelivery as quickly as possible.

If you notice a mistake in your address straight after ordering, email us immediately at info@axelic.com If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to correct it.

Delays

Occasionally, unexpected delays can occur, for example due to busy periods at the carrier, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is affected, we will do everything we can to keep you informed and to get it to you as soon as possible. You are always welcome to reach out for an update.

Lost, missing, or undelivered parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your parcel is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact us at info@axelic.com within 14 days of the last tracking update. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf and make sure you either receive your order or are offered a suitable solution. We are committed to making this right for you.
